(3,008 posts)38. This certainly isn't the first time he's been "caught ass-out"...
...as the kids say. At the very least, Trump probably has dyslexia or some other learning-related issue or disability. This also isn't the first time that he's clearly not aware of what the documents he's handling and signing actually say. I also recall at least one recent signing ceremony where Trump had to be told what the documents were because he either couldn't or wouldn't read them. Worse yet, at this event, Trump was cluelessly signing a huge (oh, sorry...yuge) stack of documents!

And did you notice that Trump had a hardhat on, Powell had a hardhat on, but Tim Scott did NOT have a hardhat on?
