2. Has he apologized with sincerity for anything?

I don't believe he's capable of doing anything close to that.

Maybe if someone was holding a knife to his throat he might think about an apology. But I don't believe that he'd be able to utter the words.

He'd be thrown off by his immediate incontinence of bowel and bladder that no doubt would result from the pressure of the thought of apologizing.
