Folks will no doubt have gathered I keep my ears close to the ground where Ukraine's concerned. Nobody's counting chickens until they've hatched, but I haven't caught a whiff to date of any such reversal on the impending shipments. If I do, I'll probably post about it if someone else hasn't already.

All the OP's cited in "support" is a week-old news story found by a Bing search from The US Mirror via MSN revisiting how Hegseth supposely freelanced in halting arms supplies to Ukraine. That's pretty old news by now.
