The only 2 current proposals they have are to eliminate property taxes for home ownership and now Trump says he wants to eliminate capital gains taxes on the sale of houses.
They’re gonna repeat this for 4 years!
Property taxes pay for roads, schools, fire/police, etc. They don’t talk about how those will be funded.
They have no idea how to lower prices, improve quality of life, address environmental issues, etc.
All they have is “CUT TAXES”!
That said, the public buys this crap. So frustrating.
