4. She's appealing her conviction, hoping to get a new trial.

While that's a long shot, in the meantime she's likely to plead the 5th on a lot of questions. But Trump has probably offered her a pardon in exchange for testimony that protects him as well as for any future perjury prosecution. Of course that would stink so much that even the GOP might notice the odor, but would Trump even care?
