I don't think about Superman..................

I think of CALIGULA.......

"The name "Caligula" itself, referring to the Roman Emperor Gaius Julius Caesar Germanicus, does not have a slang meaning in modern usage. However, the term is often used metaphorically to evoke imagery of excess, decadence, and tyranny, particularly in relation to leadership. This association stems from historical accounts of Caligula's reign, which are often interpreted as demonstrating extreme indulgence, cruelty, and erratic behavior."

"While the term "Caligula" doesn't have a direct slang equivalent, it's commonly used in literature, art, and political commentary to symbolize a ruler who embodies these negative traits. For example, it might be used to describe a leader who is seen as corrupt, out of touch with the needs of their people, or prone to excessive displays of power"
