(36,191 posts)36. Regrettably, no. Close, as he's building on a legacy of his predecessors, albeit out of stupidity...
...but those predecessors held human beings as if they were farm animals, bought and sold them, raped them, beat them, and so on.
The fondness of these people for that practice led to a war in which close to 600,000 Americans died, led by criminal traitors like, say, Robert E. Lee and that ilk.
The orange felon isn't very bright, and his nostalgia for the age of supreme and extreme racism is clear enough, but no, he's not the worst, in history, perhaps the worst in the 21st century, but not the worst in American history.
