Trump has always had some crazy ideas, believed wild conspiracy theories, and given rambling speeches, but he’s getting worse.

He recently made a delusional claim that his uncle John taught the Unabomber, Ted Kaczynski, at MIT despite Kaczynski attending Harvard and not becoming the Unabomber until after his Uncle had died.

Trump claimed Biden appointed Jerome Powell as Chairman of the Federal Reserve, forgetting that he appointed Powell during his first term.

Trump also appeared to be unaware that his administration had paused military aid shipments to Ukraine. When a reporter asked who ordered the pause, Trump said, “I don’t know. You tell me.”

Trump recently claimed gas prices have “…gone to the lowest level in decades. You’re seeing $1.99, $1.98, I saw $1.95 at certain states.” He’s very much out of touch, as the national average is $3.16.

Bragging about his big, beautiful bill, Trump said it would eliminate taxes on Social Security benefits and wouldn’t cut Medicaid or Medicare. This is demonstrably false.

At times, Trump seems unaware of what is happening inside his own administration, appears clueless about major policy events, and doesn’t seem to understand the very legislation that he’s promoting or bragging about.

He’s become disconnected from reality.
