documents from Mar A Lago he realized the US was dealing with an international criminal syndicate, not just a few stolen top secret documents sold to foreign countries. Garland could have appointed any lawyer in the US as special prosecutor if a few stolen documents was all it was. Instead he chose to appoint a special counsel from The Hague ICC because of what those documents contained and because he understood that the ICC was more equipped to investigate an international crime syndicate that was the US. The delay was because the ICC had to get up to speed.

If its always been about the theft of top secret documents why is no one talking about that theft anymore?
