There are 11 cities in the US hosting games, 3 in Mexico and 2 in Canada.

2 SF Bay Area
3 Seattle
4 Vancouver
5 Dallas
6 Guadalajara
7 Houston
8 Kansas City
9 Mexico City
10 Monterrey
11 Atlanta
12 Boston
13 Miami
14 NY/NJ
15 Philadelphia
16 Toronto

The semi-final matches will be held in Arlington (Dallas) & Atlanta
The Championship match will be held in East Rutherford, Nj (NY/NJ)

It's almost certainly too late to remove it from the US
