Johnson is a progressive too and had big plans like the city owned grocery store (sound familiar?).

But he has a bad working relationship with the business community, a bizarre relationship with the governor and state government (who are all good Dems), fights with his own city council, and lots of budget issues that will get worse under Trump.

Zohran will need to be much better at managing relationships if he is going to be successful.
