So far, Tandrilax has been my best friend, but Tandrilax is only available in Brazil, and I won’t be there until September. Besides, Tandrilax is only good for muscle pain. If my problems are spinal, some more serious repair work will be needed.

We have a few dozen things to do before 18:00 Eastern time Saturday. After that, it’s our annual chill out time. For one month, it’s “don’t call me, and I won’t call you.”
