ICEBlock - ANDROID PLATFORM STATEMENT
Short:
At ICEBlock, user privacy and security are paramount. Our application is designed to provide as much anonymity as possible without storing any user data or creating accounts. While we understand the desire for an Android version of ICEBlock, achieving this level of anonymity on Android is not feasible due to the inherent requirements of push notification services.

Other than that, I searched for Android vulnerabilities, and got a ton of hits.

Googles decision to stop backporting security updates for any OS older than Android 13 has left almost one-third of all users at risk, running devices that only receive critical security updates if the manufacturer does that work instead. That means between 750 million and 1 billion users are vulnerable to all those attacks Google warns about.
I suspect that this is a major reason. Not backporting updates. Just my guess.
