and each time he has been acquitted by a corrupt Republican majority in the Senate, and he has gained confidence and political capital from the process, claiming he has been totally exonerated.

I know there are individuals in Congress working on drafting articles of impeachment. But with this House they are not likely to get a vote, and if they did, this Senate would also acquit.

I think the heel-dragging is a matter of twice bit, thrice shy.
