Psychopathy, or psychopathic personality, is a personality construct characterized by impaired empathy and remorse, along with bold, disinhibited, and egocentric traits.

These are evil and heartless souls running our country. The MSM comments like it is another day where the sun rises. Band together, yell, and resist these bastards!
