You have no information on any restaurants with which I am familiar, but do keep trying.
I'm not trying to do anything? If you're out and about, it's a pretty good bet you're being recorded at some point; that's the unfortunate reality, and it's good to be aware of it. Restaurants have cameras to protect against/record theft from employees or patrons, record evidence against allegations from patrons, and record any property crimes committed, depending on where the restaurant is and if it, say, touts itself as a haven for marginalized populations.

Yes then there is no purpose to masking because you can be infected in the restaurant

Thanks for correcting. I was using "Capital" (with the "a") to denote the D.C. police dept., but that was confusing.
