President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy recorded his traditional evening address. He reported that all day today, after the Russian strike, efforts continued to deal with the consequences. During the night of September 29 to 30, a Russian drone hit a residential building in the village of Chernechchyna in the Sumy region.
As a result of the strike, an entire family was killed: two small children, their father, and their pregnant mother. For the seventh day now — and this has never happened before — there is an emergency situation at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. The situation is critical. Due to Russian shelling, the plant has been cut off from power, from the electrical grid. - 10/01/2025.
