He mostly points out how bizarre it is. He says the president of the U.S. did not know about it and then makes the point that we "have a bizarre gov't in power."

He makes this point, which is not comforting, considering who it is: There are 2 civilians in charge. The sec of defense and the president.

The sec of def is in way over his head

The president is erratic in his thinking and choices

There is a lot of anger, insecurity, and erratic behavior. He closes by saying it is worthy of concern by U.S. citizens.
