What preceded/precipitated this confrontation/arrest? Does appear as if at least one LE is injured (in struggle) .. ? That appears to have continued after individual (and several LE) are on the ground? (one officer physically dragged away from scrum by other LE - and appears to be stunned on hands and knees?)

(and, yes - the 'masked' behavior is quite problematic with many .. fulling on board there. and can also fully understand why DC residents are really hacked off about recent developments .. it's a sh*t show, no mistake.)
But I need more info about causes for arrest, tasing. And, no - video, while perhaps disturbing, does not speak for itself.

Yes, there are disturbing elements. No - the video does not address all the questions one might typically ask. First one being - why the arrest? You don't find that a relevant factor?

He was among the last few Jews still alive in Dresden, working in a munitions factory and living in barracks with other Jewish workers. The arrest is not relevant? The "arrest" is what we are talking about, though it is more like an assault.

Why, and at what point, did a 'stop' proceed to the level of arrest .. ? (if in fact that was the case?) Did the subject resist?
How can we tell the story - if we don't know what the story is?
And, why would a request for that kind of information - be shoved aside - or deemed irrelevant or somehow offensive?

Edit: I have tried searches on several different engines to see if there is more information available. So far nothing. Will attempt to share if I come up with more on this particular incident.
