Trump CAN'T Deport American Citizens To Foreign Prisons: Experts Weigh In

As Donald Trump continues to drag the American people to the edge of the constitutional crisis cliff in the Abrego Garcia case, he is now threatening to deport American citizens to foreign prisons, and tells us that Attorney General Pam Bondi is "studying the law" to see if it's legal.

AG Bondi can probably close the law book she's "studying", as it is clearly ILLEGAL to deport American citizens, as this video discusses.

After 9/11 - I frequently heard the term " Failure of imagination" - That there was a failure of imagination that this kind of attack was possible on US soil.
I heard that term again after Jan 6. Failure of imagination that people would attack the Capitol.

Looks like we are here again with Failure of imagination.

Trump does not have the legal authority to deport American citizens, but he probably has the power to do so. This is what a Dictator does- executes decisions that are not stopped despite them being unlawful. Trump has been in violation of the law and the Constitution from Day One. His Executive Orders are diktats. They are not lawful but he puts them into effect anyway because he and his gang of MAGA idiots have control over the Executive Branch and are running roughshod over the Legislative and Judicial Branches. So Trump DOES have the power to do what he does; he just does not have the legal authority or the legal right.
