Constitutional law expert Melissa Murray: The Founders would've risen up against a tyrannical Trump - Dean Obeidallah Show

Constitutional law expert Melissa Murray spoke to SiriusXM radio's Dean Obeidallah about how the signers of the Declaration of Independence would've viewed Donald Trump in very similar way they viewed King George.

As she explained, the grievances the framers of the Declaration of Independence laid out are similar to what Trump has subjected us to as a nation. She also highlights the most alarming SCOTUS ruling from this past week that corporate media is ignoring. - 07/03/2026.

Suppose we do get a Dem majority in Congress this year and they vote to expand the court. Then what if the court rules that the expansion law is unconstitutional, in order to protect their power?

to make laws regarding the Supreme Court. Part of the checks and balances.

But this is a rogue court that is bought and owned by RW oligarchs. So I just just wondered if they would go that far if instructed to by their owners.
