Breaking news - Aides deliberately kept Trump out of the Situation Room during a rescue operation to recover two downed US airmen inside Iran believing his impatience would undermine the mission. He was only updated at meaningful moments.

is staff 'managing' a tempestuous temper. But the story is equally clear in stating that Trump was quickly informed of any meaningful developments.
