An appeals court has thrown out the nine year sentence issued to election denier and Donald Trump sycophant, Tina Peters. However, it is not the win that MAGA believes it is.

A year or so and a fine of $25k or so would be more fair.

....I'd say 9 years was appropriate. My opinion, anyway.

She still thinks she did the right thing, and if she was still in an official position, she'd try to do it again.
