Area 51 veterans dying of cancer as DOD denies they were there NewsNation Prime

Air Force veterans tell NewsNation’s Natasha Zouves they spent their youth on a shadow-locked stretch of Nevada desert — a secret range wrapped around the myth and machinery of Area 51. Now, decades later, many say they are developing tumors, rare diseases, crippling conditions, and cancers that are cutting lives tragically short.
They say the government they served won’t even admit they were there. With no official record of their service at the range, they can’t access the benefits or medical care they believe they earned — leaving these Area 51 veterans fighting a second battle, this time to prove their own existence.

But expect them to die with their mouths shut too? This really is
a bridge too far. Not to mention they are expected to kill without questioning any orders.
Sheesh Why aren’t all Armed Forces protesting for these folks?

It has been a longstanding problem in the US military that all sorts of people were "never there" so to speak.

That sort of institution-protecting secrecy (often protecting obsolete secrets which now merely bring embarrassment not peril when revealed), which screws over people who did their duty/followed their orders, also extends beyond the DOD -- to the CIA/intelligence community and to the DOJ/FBI.

Puerto Rico. Military denied it ever happened.

Then a history prof wrote a book with photos. Photos included my friend front and center.

Thirty years later with the help of Rep. Jayapal he got full benefits for life.

History is important.

new things being done, it seems there is more praise of trump in the email than information. I delete it immediately.

The VA leadership is political beyond belief.
