I completely agree, though if MTG is now against the felon-in-chief, she owes it to her constituents to stay and fight Rhiannon12866 Yesterday #3

...meaning, none. She is trying to position herself for the Post Trump GOP world, but MAGA isn't going to be united once their God-king is gone. It is going to be MAGA civil war, and I am here for it.

MTG is trying to sound sane again, but it is hard to forget how she enabled the only sitting President in U.S. history to launch an attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Now she is resigning because he has targeted her and she is receiving the same kind of treatment she was all too happy to dole out on others (or watch it doled out on them without saying anything).

She has normalized monstrous behaviour and the coarsening of our political discourse.

I do give her credit for finally standing up, but like all who turn on Trump, they have done it, over the last 10 years as they are on the way out the door.

I agree with her forecast that the House and possibly the Senate will flip in 2026 and Trump will be impeached (rightfully so) a third time.

The Trump Presidency has been an utter failure, both the first season, the Big Lie season over the last four years, and this disastrous term now.

It's obvious that the Epstein survivors got to her which is only a good thing. However, it's a bit late since I have Liz Cheney's book and she talked about MTG making herself MAGA spokesperson to the press, defending his claim that he actually won in 2020 and that's before she was even sworn in!

When she gets to retirement age, she'll get $15K (in today's dollars).

I expect she'll hit the media/lobbying circuit in the meantime.
