That Bondi already declared they will not release all the files even if this becomes law. And honestly there's nothing anyone can do to force her short of Congress impeaching her, and even then she'd be replaced by someone else with orders from Trump to stonewall.

Why are you relying on info from sources that can't be trusted?

Americans owe the attorneys who wrote the Act a huge debt of gratitude for crafting the Act in ways that does not give Bondi (or anyone else) the right to do what she claims.

About Bondi's news conference where she would not commit to releasing the files, combined with a lot of pundits now speculating that since Trump ordered Bondi to open new investigations into Epstein's ties only with Democrats which she will use to withhold almost everything citing DOJ policy for "ongoing investigations". Unless there's something in the bill that specifically overrules that then I suspect we're barely going to see anything new for a long time.

And DOJ "policy" can not take precedence of an actual law. Bondi will probably try to withhold info she's not allowed to withhold, and if necessary, the DOJ will be sued and lose in court. It may delay things a bit, but it's not the "magic solution" to Trump's problem like many seem to think. The truth will come out.
