'This shutdown feels different because it is different': Rep. Clyburn - MSNBC Reports

Today marks day 22 of the government shutdown, becoming the second longest in U.S. history, and there seems to be no end in sight. Both sides of the aisle continue to blame one another as negotiations remain stalled. Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC) joins Ali Vitali to share why this shutdown is "different" than past ones. - Aired on 10/22/2025.
