The Trump Administration is curbing due process rights for migrants arrested by ICE. They’ve declared undocumented immigrants ineligible for bond, and those detained in ICE facilities are being denied access to legal representation.
American Immigration Council’s Dara Lind says the American justice system has a tendency to turn a “blind eye” to immigrants’ due process rights.
