Recommended doses are often exceeded by young men with uneducated, inexperienced, immature judgement skills.
Legitimacy of benefits is propped up to decieve ubiquitously for the supplement industry. Harm and side effects are downplayed.
And, of course, especially with the store ON the military installation, it would be too easy to purposely introduce lead, arsenic, cadmium etc. This is not good.
