Of course the US didn't get anything. That wasn't the point of appeasing Putin. The question is what did Trump get.

softer now that Putin showed him his ass. Trump should have studied Chamberlain's toothless treaty. The greatest negotiator in history is only successful looting the Treasury. There's never been a theft of the current magnitude. He sold out his country. Snake oil still sells.
