4. Yes, I believe he is still incarcerated but he's on US soil. Also being incarcerated does not prohibit being

interviewed. Why isn't his atty exposing the conditions in CECOT and US jails where immigrants are being held?

It's my understanding that the judge thinks he's safer in jail because the DOJ has stated that, if released, he will be flown to a facility not in Ecuador and won't be found (based on the USSC's recent decision).
