ICE detention centers were already operating beyond the capacity for which they'd been funded before Donald Trump's new deportation frenzy began, which means conditions in these centers are likely strained. Members of Congress are legally allowed to perform inspections of these facilities to check on those conditions. But now members of Congress are getting the runaround and not allowed the access to which they have a right. - Aired on 06/19/2025.

can do whatever he wants without prosecution. But that imperial privilege only applies to him. The directors of the ICE facilities which are not in compliance with the law need to be sued.

Please someone, tell me how on earth such barbarism is condoned in the United States? This is not the country I have known for 85 years!!!
