Proud Boys sue DOJ for January 6 prosecutions - CNN

Members of the Proud Boys who were convicted by a jury on several counts related to the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack – each of whom were later pardoned or had their sentences commuted by President Donald Trump – are now suing the Justice Department for what they say was a "political prosecution."

The Proud Boys actions on January 6 were clear for everyone to see. The thought that they could profit off of false claims of malicious prosecution is a travesty and a pile of bullshit.

And how many now have committed additional crimes?! So now they think they were mistakenly convicted? They had trials and the evidence was there!
