That an ethnically Russian mother who had five or six children got an award and I believe a stipend. And this was under Gorbachev who was instituting more progressive policies - though the Russian hardliners were pushing back on those policies due to the intense pressure he was getting from then-President Reagan (obviously a Republican).

last year because many men left Russia because of Ukraine. Many were maim and kill because Russia started the war, and Russian women were not producing like they should to replenish the population.

As to shithole musk republicans, all they want are serfs. Remember what musk mom said?

American needed workers (something like that).

And the previous reply said that this was true in the USSR as far back as Stalin. The more progressive Gorbachev was in power when I was there - though he was under extreme pressure from then-President Reagan.
