....that no one will be charged for testing or treatment.
It's ridiculous, and false, scare tactics as though it will erase the results of the 30 primaries/caucuses that have already taken place.

Why would he do that? Why not say go in and get treatment. The new president will make sure you wont pay or suffer penalties because of it. Because thats the truth. Trump is going to lose.
