Cancer biopsy came back negative!
That's one stick out of the mud!
After struggling through so much the past few years, I got to let out a deeply-held and overdue sigh of relief.
I won't get my spinal MRI results (from wreck) until after the new year, but I'm trying to do yoga ball exercises every day. Physical therapy takes alot of commitment and asking for rides.
Being a loner, leaving the house an extra two days a week is uncomfortable and annoying.

I'm gonna be spending it with Cinder and Buddy watching movies.

And I'm impressed that you are keeping up with your PT. I've never been any good at that.

I love your pets. They look so relaxed and happy in that photo, and their fur even goes together. Lovely pets. Makes me want to jump into that picture and nestle on the sofa with them.
