endowed and we now have an even better excuse to marginalize minorities and treat women as sex objects. What an improvement that is - NOT!

We already have artificial intelligence. We call them MAGAts and their intelligence is not real.

4. Humanoid robots will be offf putting for the same reason clowns are

because "not quite right," whether due to inadequate levels of programming or a thick layer of grease paint.

Most service robots, from fast food to hospital food service to cleaning, will be more successful the less humanoid they are, although recorded pleases and thank yous will likely be included. When I say humanoid robots are off putting, I mean to the level some people are going tto act on the impulse to take baseball bats to them. Yes, it's coming/.

As for assembly line robots, why the hell would you want humanoid ones? The ones cabable of doing precision welding to slapping that final spiffy decal on at the end of the line can be accomplished much more efficiently by setups that have more in common with insect appendages than human beings.

About the only place I can see much of a need for humanoid robots rather than non humanoid, purpose built robots is the sex trade. The quest for realistic sex bots is ongoing and I fully support it, there's got to be something science can do for all those poor whiny woman-hating incels out there.
