Matthew 23:27 where Jesus compares the scribes and Pharisees to tombs painted white. These tombs looked beautiful and respected on the outside, but were actually filled with "dead men's bones and everything unclean" on the inside. This comparison highlights the deep hypocrisy of the religious leaders who appeared righteous and pure externally but were internally corrupt, filled with lawlessness, and focused on external appearances rather than true righteousness.ANY who spout 'holiness' and give the appearance of being spiritual, but suffer from 'prelest' thinking they're something, but they ain't. Deception!
