We just played him, all or nothing swing.

Forgettable showing at the derby.

But it should be noted that he barely got through the first round. He and Brent Rooker hit an equal number of home runs, but Raleigh advanced due to having the longest dinger of that head-to-head round by just a few inches. Crazy!

Junior Caminero, providing he has a healthy career ahead of him, looks like a shoo-in to win the derby at some point in the near future.

And O'Neil Cruz clubbed a ball an astounding 513 feet, the longest of the night!

In particular, during round 1, Cruz hit one that went right over the 375' sign.
It landed about 10 rows in. The statcast showed it as 445'
10 rows is 75'? And, the trajectory was such that ball was falling nearly straight down.
That ball was 405' at most.
After that, I was dubious about every distance they reported.
Rahleigh's homerun did not look like 513' to me, either.
