Time for more speed cameras and traffic light cameras.

People actually like them. They cut speeds and accidents.
I think you should do it and reduce fines, and in CA at least, the double the ticket court taxes. Keep the points systems.
You don't need to worry about police stopping minority drivers more than others.

I remember when I was young and heard/read about how NK watches everyone, and how lucky I felt to live in the U.S. where they DIDN'T do that. But this is right in line with what society and the U.S. is nowadays. And don't get me wrong, I do understand it makes people feel more secure.

It seems like we gave up another freedom for security.
