(112,016 posts)I've long thought there should be some restrictions on NIL money for college athletes (mainly football) to try to protect the funds over the lifespan of the player's time at the school --i.e., put some of it in a legally bound but deferred payment.
These 18, 19, 20 yos are just not ready for that kind of money (with few exceptions).

(34,776 posts)It just makes me sad and not with athletes, but with all the fawking millionaires and billionaires that could share and be gawds/goddesses that wont led a hand for these people. Oh, and I did give my couple hundred dollars to my local Red Cross and Hunger Task Force for the food loss. It just makes me so gawd damn mad. ALL THEIR DAMN MONEY GOING FOR ANOTHER DAMN HOUSE, OR A 3rd YACHT AND JET. 🤬 🤬 🤬 🤬 🤬
