OMG!!!!! A US open tribute for retiring College football gawd announcer, Lee Corso

Absolutely hilarious, but heartfelt too. Corso’s retiring I think I heard this Saturday, last time he’ll be on the air. Always enjoyed him the last few years.

He was the head coach of the USFL's Orlando Renegades some 40 years ago. My 6yo son and I had season tickets and were in the 'fan club'. Lee Corso had a high profile and was a local semi-celebrity. Constant smile an abundant positive energy.

(tsf owned the NJ Generals with Herschel Walker as their Heisman running back. Ultimately tsf sued the NFL for being a monopoly. He won in court and was awarded $1. The USFL was gone. He was just a rookie grifter then.)
