Greg Papa, legendary announcer, has been diagnosed with cancer. Send vibes, prayers, chanting, wishes.

Greg has announced for The Warriors, Athletics, Raiders, FortyNiners, and maybe some I haven’t even heard of.

Let’s pull for him. No idea who will fill in for him calling 49ers games while he fights cancer.

We're really lucky to have had so much broadcasting excellent in the Bay Area over the years. Bill King, Lon Simmons, Hank Greenwald, Jon Miller, Dave Flemming, Dwayne Kuiper, Mike Krukow, Wayne Walker, Greg Papa ...
