Just when I think I have a medical issue

I get a couple of good nights' sleep in a row and I feel normal.

Don't underestimate the healing power of sleep!

I like taking a nap in the afternoon. It refreshes and revives me. I also believe napping helps me get a better night's sleep.

I wear a "smart watch" to be and it records my normal and deep sleep cycles. It's the deep sleep cycles the body and mind really needs. From my reading on sleep, a person needs around 90 minutes of deep sleep.
