        Read the CT decision. It is based on a state deceptive advertising law. Even then, the majority said "let's see what happens", It isn't based on any accepted legal doctrine. That is why before PLACA, plaintiffs always lost.

        legal blogs and the decision itself, not some English major at Slate or social justice major at Buzzfeed. Discovery goes both ways, and Remington will probably win.
