        I've been following the YM for some time now, and agree with nearly all of his positions......though he seems to be excruciatingly naive w/regard to the menace of Dolt 45.

Section. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws./div]
I remember reading about a case where the government passed laws that deprived folks of basic rights. I read that the laws were denounced and a major restructuring of laws and government followed. I also read that many people killed those sent to enforce those laws. I don't advocate violence but I have learned that mistakes repeated often bring about the same consequences. Our executive branches (federal, state and local) need to exercise better judgement in these matters. Those laws I read about are known as the Intolerable Acts. They were passed in the 1760s and 1770s.

        with other people who legally should be able to own guns.
Didn't think this was an issue.
