(6,185 posts)3. Careful, even suggesting a tax credit for gun safes makes the "safety" people go ape shit
        We had a thread about that a while back and they spittled all over the inside of my screen when several people suggested a tax credit for buying a  safe to go along with "safe storage" laws.
Something about how; "gun nutz have to pay for their own safes".  "I don't want my tax dollars to subsidize gun nutz" etc.
But they are very concerned about gun safety ... until you suggest actually doing anything about it.
