Cops face dog-death lawsuit

HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — Police in Caddo Valley, Arkansas, could not dodge a criminally convicted woman’s lawsuit that her arresting officer, despite her pleas, left her emotional support dog Bank inside her car, where he died. The police allegedly disposed of Bank’s remains in the municipal sanitation system without her knowledge and provided no explanation or documentation regarding his death, handling or disposal. This constitutes a Fourth Amendment seizure, so her claims may proceed.

how much more vile can this country become before it remands itself to the grave. The cruelty is just overwhelming... it literally feels like a piece of my heart is torn away daily.
