All appetizers and a salad:
Tuna steak kababs with cherry tomato, pepper, and onion.
Everything was marinated in lemon olive oil vinaigrette.
Spicy shrimp empanadas.
Tortilla chips with mango and avocado salsa.
Lemony white bean hummus with breadsticks.
Homemade chicken nuggets with mustard marmalade glaze.
Radish canapes with black olive oil butter.
Celery sticks and carrots. Celery sticks have cream cheese/peanut filling.
Of course, a tossed green salad with sliced cucumbers and scallions.
Kombucha (ginger-pineapple) to drink.
