Breakfast Friday 5 September 2025

Later this morning, I'll have a bowl of Irish cut oatmeal with milk and apple bits, a few mugs of hot tea and the rest of the apple.

Todays song is a very old one that I haven't heard in ages.

We got both our flu shot, and our covid shot yesterday.

Drinking black coffee ☕, and eating a toasted blueberry bagel with cream cheese.
